Refund & Cancellation Policy
Quick summary:
Most purchases are digital and delivered instantly. Because of that, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
If something went wrong, email us — we’re reasonable humans and we’ll help.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (downloads, templates, and digital resources), we generally do not offer refunds once access is provided.
Subscriptions (if offered)
- You can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
Billing Issues or Access Problems
If you were charged incorrectly, can’t access content you purchased, or believe there’s an error, contact support and we’ll make it right.
How to Request Help
Email support@teenfinancetoolkit.com with:
- Your name
- The email used at checkout (if different)
- A short description of the issue
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Any refunds we approve are issued back to the original payment method when possible.
