Quick summary: Most purchases are digital and delivered instantly. Because of that, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. If something went wrong, email us — we’re reasonable humans and we’ll help.

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloads, templates, and digital resources), we generally do not offer refunds once access is provided.

Billing Issues or Access Problems

If you were charged incorrectly, can’t access content you purchased, or believe there’s an error, contact support and we’ll make it right.
